- Do you accept checks?
Yes we do accept checks. Feel free to give us a call with your order questions and we will arrive at total order price for you.
- How does the return policy work?
You may return almost any item you purchase with only a few exceptions. Orders over the 30 day return period may not be returned. Borders wallpaper and murals that have been opened are not returnable. In order to get credit for your return, you must first obtain an authorization code by calling our toll free number 888-366-3199. The usual restocking fees will apply to most orders.
- Do you offer free shipping?
*Yes, we offer Free Shipping on most all wallpaper orders within contiguous US. International or commercial orders will be calculated at lowest possible rate. All orders over $79 get Free Shipping, while those under $79 are charged a modest flat-rate fee of $14.99. Your orders are either free shipping or almost free shipping. We also offer one of the lowest wallpaper prices on the web
- Do you ship outside the continental U.S.?
Yes, we ship to Canada, most of Europe and Australia. Most non-domestic orders ship via the USPS and sometimes take a little longer than other services. All international customers are responsible for any VAT or other duties associated with the order.
- Are you a reputable company?
Valid question with an answer of yes. We have been in business over 30 years and hold an A+ rating with the Houston BBB. Feel free to check us out.
- Do you use original pattern numbers?
Happy to say we do. We do not engage in deception or coded product numbers. We use the same SKU number the manufacturer assigns the product. We also offer very competitive prices on all our listings.
- Does grasscloth have a match?
No, grasscloth will never have a match. It is randomly assembled and can never be matched or duplicated. Each sheet becomes a separate panel.
- Do you offer wallpaper samples?
Yes, at a modest cost per sample.
- What are your business hours?
We can be reached by telephone (888-366-3199) Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. We try to make sure the web is up 24/7. You can also reach us at email@example.com anytime.
- Do you carry all brands?
Yes we do even though, some manufacturers prefer or demand their product not be shown or displayed on the internet. They all gladly accept the order though. It is all available to purchase here from Total Wallcovering.
- Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept all U.S. credit cards or you can use your PayPal account.
- Do you immediately charge our card?
We charge the card once the order is processed. If an item is on back order we advise you via email to inform you of estimated availability. You can choose to either continue with order or to cancel.
- Do you secure our personal data?
Yes we do and only retain very little of it. All credit card information is retained by our credit card processer, Authorize.Net and never fully available to us.
- Is the site safe?
We do everything possible to make it safe by maintaining current up to date security certificates.
- Do you have designer wallpaper?
Yes we do and receive and place orders for designer wallpaper every day.
- What is the difference between single roll and double roll?
Here at Total Wallcovering, we go to great lengths to be absolutely clear on all issues regarding the single roll double roll measurements and prices. The single roll measurements usually calculated as 20.5” wide and 16.5’, about 28.19 sq. ft. The calculation gets doubled to 33” long and about 56.5 sq. ft. of coverage. Simply just twice as long and in one continuous roll, exactly twice the amount of coverage and twice the single roll price.
We prefer being completely transparent with the customer and revealing the truth “there is no such thing anymore as a single roll”. It is a conversation the manufacturer continues to have about single rolls pricing, even though they don’t actually have a single roll to sell. Until they make the change and stop talking about “single rolls”, we offer you our best information.
